• Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (not including weekends or holidays).

• Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

• Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

• If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier first, then contact us at info@daysoftheweek.art for assistance.

• Days of the Week is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered or signed for. Customers are responsible for any costs associated with lost or stolen parcels.

• International orders are charged in USD and will be shipped via USPS or DHL. Shipping costs for international orders are displayed at checkout and vary based on your destination country and the weight of your order.
